Opening: Anger, Vindication, and the Independent Review

Candace Owens: There are a lot of emotions going through me right now. Anger. Very angry. Last year we were being gaslit. We've been lied to. You've been called wine moms. The Department of War has executed an online campaign, paying people to attack every single day, trying to convince us that water isn't wet, trying to convince us that common sense should be ignored, that Candace is a liar. They can't even focus on the stuff that they've been saying over the last year.

We've been committed. I've pointed out things. My experience working for Turning Point USA told you things that were off about September 10th. They sent the faith leaders. It's demonic. They said, "Oh, open your Bibles. The widow. The widow. Honor the widow." Well, has the widow been honoring her late husband? No more talk about the widow, guys. No more talk about the widow after this report has become available. I don't want to hear it ever again. I don't want to hear any person try to sell us this emotional pitch of, "Oh, Erika, Erika, she's just a widow." No, she's conniving. She has allowed lies. She has allowed lies because she is the CEO and the chairman. She's not at home taking care of her kids. She's on the road connected to an apparatus of power at all times. And that power has been sent to attack all of us for refusing to accept the Charlie Kirk federal slop narrative.

What is so despicable — what I really want to harp on right here at the beginning — is that we told you this report was going to drop. We told you it was damning. Actually, Barry Coleman reported it first, that the report was incoming. And what did they do? The Kirk family filed this very sloppy, quick, preemptive strike where they say the security at UVU is to blame. That means somebody is leaking to them. But by the way, they knew the report. They saw it. They read it. And they were prepared with the statement. Always doing the same thing. By the way, they're always expecting us not to read it. You guys know I love to read stuff, though. I will take the time to read through every document when it comes to the Charlie Kirk case. Especially when you have had me in your sights and you have come after me and you have come after those who have supported me, and you have been vicious — group chats coming after my family, my kids. Yeah. Well, let's go through it. Let's see what we learn in this report.

It is astonishing. I got to just the timeline and I could not believe it. I could not believe how right we have been the entire time. And when I plug this into the broader timeline of what Charlie was going through in his personal life, your jaw is going to hit the floor like mine did. So let's get started. Welcome back to Candace. Somebody get Andrew Kolvet, Blake Neff. Somebody wake up the widow. Get the pastors. Come on, everybody. Where's Frank Turek? We're going to yank and bank and Frank our way through this independent review, which they clearly knew was coming and tried to get ahead of.

Who Participated — and Who Refused

Now, we told you already in the background that essentially, almost immediately, UVU reached out to a third party — the Lake Force Group — to conduct a review, a broad review of the security protocols, to see what went wrong that day. They opened up the campus, opened up their police officers, opened up everyone. People were sitting down with interviews and producing evidence as to what went wrong on September 10th. You could argue this was a bigger assassination than JFK because of the ability for the video to have spread globally. People wanted answers and UVU basically put their hands up and said, "Go for it. Get the answers you're looking for."

We should start with who participated in this review, because that alone is stunning. Erika has been telling us that she wants to get to the bottom of things, that they want to figure out what happened no matter what the answer is. She just wants the truth. This would be a really good thing for the CEO and chairman of Turning Point USA to participate in — a third-party review — if you're interested in getting to the truth about how your organization may have played a role in the security failures that day.

Well, we learn who participated on the bottom of pages six and seven of this review. We are told that they interviewed federal, local, county, and state officials, and that UVU fully cooperated with the review. But guess who did not participate.

We learn that despite repeated outreach attempts, the project team did not receive responses from the following individuals or other representatives of their organizations. This information is included solely to document outreach efforts and to provide transparency regarding the scope of information available to the project team.

The project team reached out to Brian Harpole, who was identified as the leader of the Integrity Solutions security team working with Turning Point USA to provide executive protection for TPUSA CEO Charlie Kirk. The project team attempted to reach Harpole by telephone and certified letter. The certified letter explained the purpose of the outreach and provided the project team's contact information. The project team did not receive a response.

Next up, the project team also reached out to Dan Flood, Turning Point USA's security supervisor — he's on staff — and Macy Crofts, a Turning Point USA senior field representative. Those two would know a lot. Flood was identified as the person who coordinated security for the organization with Brian Harpole of Integrity Solutions. Flood was present at UVU on September 10th and had phone and text communication with UVU Police Chief Jeff Long a few days before and the morning of the event. And Macy Crofts was identified as a senior field rep of Turning Point USA who participated online in the major events assessment committee planning meeting held on August 25th regarding the September 10th TPUSA event.

But mysteriously, we learn that neither Flood nor Crofts responded to phone calls or voicemail messages. In Flood's case, the project team also sent a certified letter. They did not have a current address for Crofts. They further contacted senior-level staff members at Turning Point USA in Phoenix seeking assistance in connecting with Dan Flood and Macy, but the project team did not receive a response to those email and telephone outreach efforts.

We then learn the project team also reached out to the then-head of the UVU Turning Point USA club who had invited Charlie Kirk to speak at UVU. The project team sought his insights and perspectives regarding planning for the September 10th event, but he did not respond to the project team's various outreach efforts, which included a certified letter seeking his cooperation. That really is something. Caleb Chilikut, who Erika spotlighted at AmFest, seemingly did not want to help the university that he went to figure out what happened, what went wrong. How curious.

Lastly, they tell us that a Utah risk management official had communications with an executive of Turning Point USA and urged that the above-named individuals who were associated with TPUSA on September 10th cooperate with the assessment by being interviewed by the project team. There was no response.

Now, why is that interesting? It's interesting not only because of the message they have communicated to us over and over again about how they really just want the truth. But it's also interesting because Brian Harpole was willing to speak to Shawn Ryan on a podcast. He opened up. He talked. Why wouldn't you speak to the independent review if everything you say to Shawn Ryan is true and above board? We are going to learn that it was not. But if everything you're saying is true and you have nothing to hide — Erika, don't come for my family. Well, why don't you tell your people to open up the books? They did nothing wrong, right? No, they all declined. And yet Andrew Kolvet, Blake Neff, every single day they're beating the drum talking about how transparent they've been, how they just want answers. They spent a year trying to get you answers and you guys didn't participate.

The Executive Summary: UVU Cleared

Let's go to page 10. This is just going to be an executive summary, but I want to highlight this because you are about to be hit with so much paid propaganda online to lie to you about what's in this document. So much so that you shouldn't even just take this episode — you should read it yourself in its entirety.

I want to highlight the opinion of the project team in its executive summary at the top of page 10. It reads:

"It is the opinion of the project team, based on our review of all available information, that at no time during the events leading up to the assassination of Charlie Kirk or in its aftermath did any employee or agent of UVU act in bad faith or in willful and wanton disregard for the safety of others. With the benefit of hindsight, however, the project team identified several actions, omissions, circumstances, and institutional practices that warrant attention as UVU considers how to strengthen the safety and security of campus events in the future."

So they are saying: contrary to what the Kirk family tried to very quickly file, our assessment is that nobody at UVU acted in bad faith or in disregard for the safety of others. But we are going to make some suggestions for the future about how they could learn and strengthen the policies already on the books.

The Major Events Assessment Committee and Turning Point's Demands

Now I want to talk about the major events assessment committee. Let's go to page 11. There was a Microsoft Teams meeting that took place. They have assessed that this did take place, but it was Turning Point USA that wanted to have this event outside. The MEAC — that's the major events planning committee — and we're going to learn that Turning Point security did not take part in this. But it tells us here that the MEAC process was initiated on August 21st to determine whether or not the event should proceed and to identify security concerns. However, several key event security decisions were deferred to Turning Point USA's field representative.

Even though UVU staff members raised concerns — including concerns related to holding the event in the outdoor fountain courtyard area and using Turning Point USA's ticketing process — Turning Point preferred to hold the event in the fountain courtyard and to use its own ticketing system rather than the university system. Those decisions placed the event in an area that was more difficult to control and limited UVU's ability to obtain reliable real-time information regarding anticipated attendance and crowd size. Because the event was held on UVU's campus, UVU should have retained decision-making authority over key security-related issues, including the venue selection, the ticketing and access control, and other conditions that were necessary to support campus safety.

I want to park that in the back of your mind.

The Timeline: July 10th and the Suspicious Origin of the Event

Let's go to the timeline on page 17. I love a timeline. They put together a timeline and I could not get over the first entry. You will recall that very shortly after Charlie's assassination, I said, "This event came together too quickly. Something is not right." And we were having a very hard time determining who requested this event. You remember they sent out Ally Stucky, who has never headlined a tour with Charlie Kirk. She shares an email correspondence between her and Andrew putting together an event last second for this exact tour as evidence that I'm somehow lying. What an absolutely terrible thing to do. I was so angry thinking through the amount of people that Charlie helped in their careers and how quickly they turned their back on him.

So I noted to you: who requested this event? Because the way it normally works is every single Turning Point USA chapter — separate from National — wants Charlie Kirk or Candace Owens to come to their campus. So they put in a request to Turning Point National, and Turning Point National does their best. Typically the consideration is: has Charlie done this university in the past? How big is this university? How is the club performing? They also reward on the basis of how the independent clubs are performing. This year you're going to get Candace, you're going to get Charlie Kirk, you're going to get this speaker. How can we divvy it up? Are the headliners available on those certain dates? And it is a process that takes place the semester before, at a minimum, because the wait list is long. Every chapter president wants to host them.

And I said, "Something is not right about how this event came together."

Lo and behold, we finally get an answer. We learn that on July 10th, 2025, at the request of Turning Point USA's field representative — that's Macy Crofts — Turning Point USA reached out to the club president and said, "Hey, we want you to put in a request for Charlie to speak in the courtyard." This is a complete flip. This is massive. I cannot underscore enough how massive this revelation is. This is not how events come together at Turning Point USA. They don't say, "You put in the request and we want it in the fountain area."

And let me tell you how insane this is beyond that. They included Caleb's email in here — Caleb Chilikut, the club president — requesting this event. And he didn't even know why he was requesting it. Stunning.

Let's go to page 40 where we can actually read the email. Here it is. This is the verbatim email from the Turning Point USA UVU club president to UVU club services. He wrote:

"My field representative for Turning Point USA has asked me to reach out to UVU club department to ask about availability on hosting an event on the courtyard on September 10th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. She is being quite vague on what this event is, so unfortunately this is all the information I have in regards to it. Are you able to tell me if this space is currently available for the date and time?"

Headquarters came to a club president and said, "Contact them immediately. See if this space is available and it's got to be in the courtyard." I cannot explain to you — I'm on the brink of tears realizing this. I told you there was something suspicious about how this event came together. That right there is suspicious. He doesn't even know what's going on. She's being vague. Why is she being vague? I have an idea why she might have been vague, but I'm going to show you the Charlie Kirk timeline of what was going on in his life after we get through this.

The Full Timeline: August Planning and Security Failures

Let's go back up to the timeline on page 17. On July 18th, he formally submits an event request. The event is described as an appearance by Charlie Kirk to discuss current events, and ticketing is going to be handled by Turning Point USA externally. The university will not have oversight over it.

On July 28th, the club's office advises that Turning Point USA's club and annual registration had to be completed. So they came back and said, "Actually, you haven't even submitted your annual club form, so you're not officially a club yet." So they got that done in the back end. The event has not been approved. They are just suggesting they want to do this event.

Then after they submit that registration, on August 21st, the club's office tentatively approves the event and forwards it to event services as a major event. So MEAC is going to have to get involved. And at that time, in response to UVU's questionnaire, TPUSA told them it was going to be 600 attendees. That's going to be relevant later. When we say TPUSA, we mean — once again — Caleb Chilikut had no idea what was going on, which means he was not in control of ticketing. That is also unusual. Turning Point USA National is handling the registrations. They say on August 21st it's going to be 600. And then they offer to connect UVUPD with Turning Point USA security and said that they had no risk factor for safety or security.

So on August 21st, event services emails everyone required on their end to attend the major events committee meeting. And that is when, for the first time — now that it's been tentatively approved — Jeff Long, the chief of police at UVU, became aware of the event.

Now he is a crucial name because they have been throwing so much dirt on his name that when I got through this document, I don't see how he doesn't sue. I would sue not just Turning Point USA. Brian Harpole is out there saying this is the text message. You've got them saying security failed. Erika is filing a thing. They're pointing — I'm pretty sure she explicitly named Jeff Long in that filing. By the time you get through this, you're going to be like, I cannot believe the audacity of that. You just have to be a sociopath to want to ruin this person's life knowing what you knew. Turning Point knew that it was them that orchestrated every aspect of this event. Turning Point Headquarters — this was not a slip-up even on the chapter level.

I am saying Caleb Chilikut did nothing wrong. He's a chapter president. Headquarters is telling him what to do. He's young and he wants to be favored. Oh, Erika is going to bring you on stage and give you an award. He's a useful idiot for Turning Point USA headquarters. But Chief Long — by the time you get through this, you're going to be thinking he should sue Turning Point USA for allowing an entire year for people to think that he was the reason. That's explicitly what Brian Harpole said. What am I supposed to do with that? UVU police did this, they did that. Well, now we have an independent review.

So we now know this is the first time he finds out — August 21st — and then instantly this was flagged by UVU. They have a free speech committee and they flag it because they say we're going to anticipate protests. They have reviewed insights from prior Turning Point appearances, including an appearance of Charlie Kirk at UVU in 2019 — with me, by the way. We did have protesters. Me and Charlie sat on the floor and went through the protesters. So they're going, "We expect some action here." That's UVU saying that, not Turning Point security.

Then they have this mysterious entry that Brian Harpole stated in a public podcast on Shawn Ryan that he first had a meeting on September 10th and that's when they started getting things together. But guess what? They have no idea what he was talking about because they weren't involved. The committee meeting — the major events assessment committee meeting — which happened just four days after Jeff Long learned about this, took place on August 25th. Guess who didn't attend this meeting? Not a single member of Turning Point's security attended this crucial meeting.

But they tell us what happened. UVU participants raised concerns about the outdoor courtyard location that Macy insisted on, the anticipated attendance, the protest activity, the crowd management, the ability to control access. This is the meeting security should have been a part of. And Macy said, "No, we want the event to remain in the fountain courtyard." Despite the concerns and suggestions of alternative venues, Turning Point preferred that. They didn't even have a plan. They didn't even know what they were doing, but they did know it needed to be in that fountain courtyard.

TPUSA advised UVU that it would have approximately eight security personnel. And at that moment, Chief Long requested contact with that security leadership. So Chief Long is requesting on August 25th — T-minus 15 days — where's the security? They're not contacting him and asking about specs.

We continue. On the 25th, the venue selection remained. That's obviously crucial — there was going to be no control in terms of protest activity, crowd management, and access control. There was just no controllability. But that's what Turning Point wanted. Then we learn that the free speech committee discussed possible EOC activation. All of that is happening during that meeting. And then on the 27th it's formally approved.

That's what I was saying — they were not promoting this event. Everything was happening way late in the day. It's insane that 3,000 people attended and it gets approved this late. They start monitoring complaints and concerns on August 29th. The free speech committee really went above and beyond here. They had an anonymous caller that demanded the event be cancelled. UVU President Tumz requested updates regarding event planning on the 31st. The free speech committee kept monitoring that activity.

Notice we're not seeing anything about what Turning Point USA was doing here. On September 2nd, Chief Long goes, "Hey, we're a week away from this event and I've received no security requests from Turning Point USA. I saw a point of contact. We had the MEAC on the 25th but nobody was on that from security. We just had Macy Crofts. Can I get a point of contact on their security team?"

And then finally, on September 3rd — T-minus 7 days from the event — for the first time, Dan Flood and Chief Long get on the phone for just five minutes and 28 seconds. And Chief Long asks Flood what Turning Point USA needs. And Dan Flood is focusing on the arrival, the departure, and the parking logistics. They were really concerned about Charlie's SUV having a clean exit. And then he told him that Turning Point will typically have anywhere between eight and ten security personnel.

Then they had a follow-up call which lasted just 48 seconds on the same day, and Chief Long and Dan Flood were talking about ticketing. And guess what Dan Flood says? He says national office is handling ticketing. Ticket totals are not available. We can't tell you anything. T-minus 7 days. We don't have — we can't tell you how many people are going to come here. And so how could Chief Long be prepared for a crowd? The last update he's been told by Turning Point National is that it's 600 people. And Dan Flood, the chief security person, is telling him, "Yep, sorry, that's it. We've got nothing."

September 8th: The Canopy and the Lie About the Text Messages

We're looking at another key decision point on September 8th. TPUSA security is now concerned about the pedestrian walkway access above the area where Charlie Kirk's canopy was to be placed. And this, my friends, is why I think Turning Point USA executives — you want to talk about demonic possession — you have kept up this lie. You allowed Brian Harpole to tell this lie, and Erika reinforced this lie in that recent filing, and the Kirk family reinforced this lie, that this text communication between Dan Flood was not about the canopy but more broadly speaking was about rooftops.

I told you from the beginning this was a lie that Brian Harpole was telling. He was not only lying by omission by pretending these were his messages. What am I supposed to do with that? He says to Shawn Ryan, "Nothing" — because it's not your text message. It's a communication between Dan Flood and Jeff Long about particularly — and amazingly — the two things they're concerned with: a clean exit for Charlie's vehicle and what's happening above Charlie's head. The exact location that's ironically going to be where people would reasonably see someone on the Meloi Center. They want that clear. And they want a clean exit. That's it.

We are told that Dan initiated that text exchange on September 8th — T-minus 2 days — regarding the accessibility of that canopy area above the Hall of Flags. And that is when Jeff Long said, "We got you covered," in reference to — they make it clear — the Hall of Flags outdoor pedestrian walkway. Free speech committee still monitoring. Still doing their job. I give the free speech committee an A++, by the way.

Incident Day: September 10th

Then we have incident day. I'm not going to get into the emergency response because that's a huge part of this report and I want to make sure I have time to separately go through that, because some of it's irrelevant — they're making recommendations about what could happen in the future. A lot of it is not relevant to what we are trying to figure out, which is what took place on that day and what should have been told to us from Turning Point USA.

So we're now on incident day, September 10th, and we learn that Chief Long contacts the Utah SIA regarding an anonymous threat. That threat is a shocking threat that we're going to get into later. It's a threat about EMPs. EMPs. What have we learned about EMPs and whose family was super involved with EMPs? Lori Frantzve. EMPs. I'm very interested in that 7:23 a.m. threat. We'll talk about that in a bit.

9:00 a.m. — security arrives to campus. So they've done nothing. They have not been there. They've had a couple of communications the day before with Chief Long, and Chief Long does not meet them until 9:00 a.m. They weren't even trying to come at 7:00 a.m. to get a lay of the land. Nothing.

At 9:04, Dan Flood texts Chief Long advising that the rest of the security has arrived onto campus. Chief Long engages in a series of text communications with Flood, including several regarding individuals located on that Hall of Flags pedestrian walkway. They're really concerned. They don't want anybody up there across from the Aloi Center. You could say it's because they're worried people are going to throw stuff on Charlie's head — yeah, that's reasonable too. But that's their main focus. And the text exchanges reveal that the primary security focus for Turning Point USA was the Hall of Flags outdoor pedestrian walkway. There's no question anymore that that was Dan Flood's main focus.

Then we learn — I want to point out 9:28 and 10:28. Additional Charlie Kirk staff arrive onto campus at 9:28. And then an hour later, additional Charlie Kirk staff arrive onto campus. When I read that, it's because they have call times. So my assumption is that at 9:00 a.m. that was the security call time. At 9:28, you have some staff — social media, perhaps. But also at 10:28, you have additional staff.

My issue immediately — what I'm thinking about when I look at that — is we are told that Tyler Robinson is going to go up to a girl. I know it's a girl and I know who the girl is, and she's involved in social media. He leaves campus by around 9:33. He pulls out of campus at 9:24. So unless this girl arrived with security at 9:04, I am very interested in determining when that group of girls arrived, because that is very interesting if Tyler Robinson has to go up to anybody before 9:28. It's likely just security. Maybe they did come a little earlier for some reason, but I just wanted to point out that it makes that entry interesting in the Tyler Robinson timeline.

Of course, we then know what happens — there's going to be all this back and forth between Dan Flood and Chief Long because lo and behold, there are some people protesting up there before the event gets started. And they have a communication. Jeff Long — Chief Long — requests that the UVUPD staffing, including Chief Long, one patrol officer, and one reserve officer, after observing the crowd size — that's a crucial entry at 11:00 a.m. So it was actually UVU that requested more people after observing the crowd size an hour ahead. They're like, "Whoa, we were told 600. This looks like it's 3,000. We need to up the crowd size." Turning Point USA did not request that.

It also tells us that at 10:49, Chief Long texted Dan Flood to meet at the Hall of Flags outdoor at 11:00, but the meeting did not occur. So UVU requested that they have a little pow-wow before — it doesn't happen. And UVU is the one that suggests, after observing the crowd size that day — which would have been the only time they could have observed it because Turning Point USA was in charge of registration — that they should up the security presence. That is damning. It is contrary to everything they have told us as they have tried to paint it as though UVUPD is who failed Charlie Kirk on that day.

They're telling us who went up to the Hall of Flags and dealt with the protesters — that's between 11:20 and 11:30 — and that the protesters did move away, and then the officers blocked them off with security tape so they couldn't run over. Those are the communications that Dan Flood has with him.

Then at 11:30, Chief Long goes up to the second floor of the Fugal Gateway building because he established a command post. That building allows them to see everything. It gives them visibility over the entire event area. Guess who didn't join him in that command post? Any member of Turning Point USA's security team. That would be a good place to be if you wanted to be high up. They take that top floor. They're observing what's happening below. That would be a good place to send one of your twelve men if you were curious what was going on beneath and you wanted to have a good sightline. But they did not.

We go back into that timeline and we have obviously what happens next — the person is going to jump onto the rooftop. Then the big bang happens. They're obviously telling you what happens just on the surveillance, the dispatch. And this is the stuff that I'm going to want to get into on a later episode so that we can separate Turning Point USA's actions leading up to this from what happened thereafter. There's a lot to go over in terms of them saying that when Charlie got to the hospital, there was a fire chief that performed CPR — which throws into further chaos various statements that we have heard.

The August 25th MEAC Meeting in Detail

Let's go to 2.3. During the August 25th major events teams meeting, Macy Crofts — a senior field representative for Turning Point USA — participated at the request of Turning Point USA. So again, that's national. UVU participants raised concerns regarding Turning Point USA's requested location in the large tiered fountain courtyard near the main entrance. Concerns included anticipated attendance, potential protest activity, crowd management, and the ability to control access. UVU officials suggested alternative locations such as the Fulton Library, the quad, or interior locations where access could be more effectively controlled. UVU also suggested using the university ticketing system so anticipated attendance could be tracked and incorporated into the planning.

According to meeting participants, Crofts insisted — they're using the word "insisted" — on the use of the fountain courtyard location because Charlie Kirk had previously spoken on campus and Turning Point USA was familiar with that location. He had also previously spoken at a location with me and we were not in the courtyard. So I'm wondering if she even told the truth that he had previously spoken there, or tried to imply that he was in that location. She said that she preferred that TPUSA manage online ticketing through its national office in Phoenix. And when certain major events members expressed reservations — including Robin Emer, UVU's director of emergency management and safety — the committee ultimately allowed the event to proceed in the requested location and allowed Turning Point USA to manage ticketing elsewhere. They're going to tell us the reason for that is because they didn't want to violate free speech — they're in this catch-22 situation because you have to allow people to protest, you have to allow for free speech of events.

The Questionnaire and the Headquarters Fingerprint

Under 2.4, on August 21st, the UVU Turning Point USA club president emailed the club's office a completed MEAC questionnaire indicating that he provided answers straight from the TPUSA team. Headquarters is handling this event. Headquarters is involved. They're telling him what to write. They're telling him what to say. So when we learn that they declined an ambulance, my guess is that Caleb Chilikut was just the useful idiot, because straight from the TPUSA team, they are being told how to complete the questionnaire. Straight from the TPUSA team: 600 attendees, primarily student focus, some potential public interest, no risk factors or safety security concerns or need for emergency medical services. Straight from the TPUSA team is what he wanted them to know. How unusual.

The EMP Threat on the Morning of September 10th

Then we can go to this obscure threat at the bottom of page 42 that Chief Long received on the day of the event. It says Chief Long also contacted SIAC — the statewide information and analysis center. They work with that government bureau when dealing with cybersecurity threats. Chief Long contacted SIAC by email at approximately 7:30 a.m. on September 10th to share an anonymous tip to UVU received regarding a potential threat involving an electromagnetic pulse device that a suspect might be using at the event. Chief Long was seeking to determine whether any threat-related intelligence update was available regarding the tip. Long was advised email was the best method to request information from the Utah SIAC. The SIAC responded shortly thereafter to Chief Long, but it was not a credible threat as it appeared the tipster had provided similar information in the past that was determined to be unreliable.

I feel like this is an area that I would like to know more about. This seems very strange to me — an electromagnetic pulse device that a suspect might use at the event. I want to highlight that because I find it to be shocking, random, and perhaps ultimately it is just a crazy person. But given everything that we have been talking about and my utter and complete disbelief that Charlie was shot with a .306 from the Loy rooftop and had a miracle Superman neck, I think that should be explored more.

The Dan Flood–Jeff Long Text Exchange Verbatim

We elsewhere learn — and we can go down now to read the text message exchange between Dan Flood and Jeff Long verbatim, just for confirmation. Dan Flood, right when they are discussing the Hall of Flags walkway:

"Hello Chief Long, we received this message today from the student group. We have gone over this message many times."

Dan Flood was speaking about that student roof access pretty close to where Charlie Kirk will be set up at Utah Valley. The Sorenson Student Center has a couple of staircases that go up to the walkways on the roof. Chief Long asks, "Do you want access to the roof?" Dan Flood says, "I was told students have access above us. If this is true, it would be nice to either have it controlled access or allow one of my guys to be there as well if possible." And Chief Long says, "I got you covered." And Dan Flood says, "Thank you, sir."

And indeed, they did have them covered. And then they lied to the public about what they were speaking about. There's no way, a year on, that Erika and Turning Point USA don't know that this was severely misrepresented by Brian Harpole. And they can't make Brian Harpole the fall guy. You know why they can't do that? Because their employee gave him the text message to go on to Shawn Ryan. This was not Brian Harpole's conversation. So there's some coordination happening between Dan Flood and Brian Harpole before he goes on to Shawn Ryan, where he presents a message that is not his and misrepresents it. They're trying to keep their distance from this interview. But I don't accept that.

Brian Harpole's Lies Catalogued by the Review

And that's why this is my favorite part — when we get to the top of page 47 and they start listing Harpole's lies. I love this because I'm being sued for telling you that Harpole is a liar. And now we have an official independent review board signaling that Harpole lied throughout this interview. But we're supposed to trust him on Fort Wachuka, guys. We're supposed to trust him on Fort Wachuka. But we learned that virtually everything he told Shawn Ryan isn't accurate.

The project team never received a response from him. But they were able, like everybody else, to watch this interview and noted that he kind of lied. That means we shouldn't trust Brian Harpole now that we learn officially that he lied.

Going to that last paragraph: Harpole stated that his first meeting to discuss the September 10th TPUSA event occurred on August 24th — that was one day before the UVU MEAC meeting during which TPUSA representative Macy Crofts advised UVU of Turning Point USA's preferred venue location and ticketing process, which UVU approved. Harpole stated that Dan Flood was a security guy for Turning Point. He said Flood did not share any specific security concerns or threats with him during the pre-event planning. Harpole stated that Flood would meticulously share any intelligence that he believed was important. In the podcast, Harpole gave no indication that he considered requesting an on-site pre-event meeting with campus police to evaluate vulnerabilities and make security assignments. Harpole explained that his team was focused on securing what he called "the bubble" — meaning the area in front of and around where Charlie Kirk would be speaking.

Harpole stated that when he and his team arrived at UVU a few hours before the event, they surveyed the area and believed the venue location was horrible. He specifically identified the concern that someone in an elevated position would have a 180-degree view of the area where Charlie Kirk would be speaking. Harpole described that as ignorant and a security fail, but he acknowledged that Charlie Kirk liked the venue.

Harpole further stated that the venue location was selected by UVU and that UVU told TPUSA, "Nope, this is where you have to have it." Well, that's a lie. So did someone at Turning Point USA lie to Brian Harpole about that? Or is Brian Harpole lying to Shawn Ryan about that? Because now we know that's just a lie. They wrote: this was one of the primary reasons the project team sought to speak directly with Harpole, since this particular statement and a number of others that Harpole made conflict with what the project team learned from reviewing evidence and conducting numerous interviews with those who attended the major events meeting and were present on the day of the event. Indeed, multiple interviews that the project team conducted indicated that UVU had expressed concerns about the outdoor location, including during the August 25th MEAC meeting, but ultimately agreed to Turning Point USA's requested venue location. How could Brian get that so wrong? They sought to clarify that and he decided to say nothing.

From the very beginning of this, since July 10th, it was Turning Point USA — not even with a plan — just saying, "Caleb, make sure we get that outdoor venue."

The project team also sought to learn more about pre-event planning related to the possible use of aerial drones. During the podcast, Harpole discussed the lack of a drone camera in the air during the event. He stated that TPUSA's video team used what he described as "little bitty drones" to take a quick shot of the venue before the event. But Harpole also stated that although his team had drones, they did not use them during the event because of FAA restrictions related to the Provo airspace. But just like we told you guys, that was a lie. The project team's basic research indicated that drone operations are restricted within a 5-mile radius of Provo airport in class D airspace — and the event location was not within 5 miles of the Provo airport airspace. So he lied.

He expressed concern that UVUPD did not have a drone available. Without being able to speak directly with Harpole, it remains unclear to the project team why, during the hours before Charlie Kirk's arrival, Harpole's team and UVU did not discuss efforts to secure a drone. They didn't request one. Harpole just sort of said, "I got a drone and I can't use it because of the Provo airspace," which is completely irrelevant to where they were going. He lied.

It says that if the team had concerns with the venue location, a drone from the neighboring Orem Police Department could have been requested. It wasn't requested because it wasn't requested. That's why.

Harpole also stated during the podcast that federal law would not allow his team to post a counter sniper on a roof. However, if that's what he was concerned about — the roofs — then it's unclear why he did not post any members of his team in elevated locations for general security observation purposes. They're saying: we're not asking you to post a counter sniper. Yeah, maybe that violates federal law, but how about just getting somebody up high to look at the rooftops? You didn't do that. Doesn't seem like the rooftops were your concern at all. It's a counter sniper or it's nothing. He failed to mention that. That's a lie by severe omission — that he never communicated that he wanted to be high up or that he wanted to have observations of the rooftop. They had nobody up in the Fugal Gateway building.

Officer Bagley and the Loy Center

Elsewhere we learn — and this is the bottom of page 48 — that Officer Bagley was indeed the first to suggest going up to the Loy Center after the big bang. During that initial response, Officer Bagley identified the elevated roof area of the Loy Center as a possible source location of the assailant. I find that to be very interesting. Officer Bagley, whose body cam footage went off — lost the battery, he testified, he had no body cam — was the one that said, "We should go up." And then he locates a screwdriver and an area of disturbed gravel on the roof that appeared consistent with a possible prone shooting position. It was his quick recognition of the likely shooting position that was significant because it helped to focus the investigation on the elevated roof area. It's very interesting. Officer Bagley was the person behind that because we've told you that he has some interesting history. They all kind of have this background history in sex crimes. And I'm mentioning that again because it's going to become relevant when I show you what Charlie Kirk was going through in his life at this time.

Page 53: Turning Point Controlled Everything

Page 53 — we are again told that Turning Point USA controlled everything: decision-making, ticketing, etc. Let's get it verbatim so there's no dispute. Top of page 53:

"At the same time, the preparation process revealed several important gaps. There was limited time between Chief Long first learning of the event and the event date. The security assessment process did not result in documented requirements for venue modification. The university controlled ticketing, controlled access, credentialing, screening, or additional staffing. UVU did not have reliable access to ticketing or registration data. Coordination with TPUSA security team was very limited and did not include a structured pre-event briefing or site walk-through before or on September 10th between Brian Harpole, Dan Flood, and the UVUPD. Chief Long did not initiate a mutual aid request to the Orem Police Department or other local public safety partners before the event, and additional external resources were not requested after the crowd size became apparent. There also was not a dedicated assignment for real-time security video monitoring by UVUPD dispatch personnel or others from another operational location during the event."

And so this is when they jump into all of their suggestions about how these are ways they can update things in the future.

I do want to point out the bottom of page 61 because we learn that Turning Point never actually issued any tickets — which, by the way, is common because they just tell you that you have to register for the event. So they did not require tickets at the actual event. Why would they if there's no traffic control? They just allowed people to freely register — again, handled entirely by Turning Point USA National and not communicated to the police.

But it calls into question the wristbands that were given out. The review states that there was no formal credentialing process for VIPs. So they had somebody from Turning Point National handing out wristbands to people that were sitting in the section to the right of Charlie. And we learn that there was no ticket verification, no credentialing, no screening, no designated entry and exit points, no restricted access areas. I'm wondering how on earth there could have been people being given wristbands. That makes no sense to me. Turning Point National was handing out wristbands to those people that would come down and be by the car. A lot of people — by the way, who recorded footage in particular, the same crowd of people who are speaking to the press thereafter. I'm wondering why those wristbands, who those people are. If UVU is saying that they didn't have a VIP system, then that must mean that somehow National did. You're not buying tickets. It's not like your ticket says "I bought a VIP ticket." You're just registering online. That is a question that needs to be answered. That is odd to me. And it's something that I pointed out early on. I said, "What are these wristbands? What is this about?" We're going to find out.

The Charlie Kirk Timeline: July 2025

Now that we have gone through this, I want to input it into the Charlie Kirk timeline in terms of what he was going through, because I think it will send a chill up your spine.

Let's bring in the Charlie Kirk timeline beginning in July of 2025. From July 7th to July 9th, Bibi Netanyahu visits America, records a podcast with the Elk Boys while he's in Washington DC. On July 10th — the very next day after he left — and I want to be clear, Bibi Netanyahu did not kill Charlie Kirk. He let us know immediately after Charlie Kirk died that he didn't kill him. So we'll have to take that at face value. But after he leaves DC on July 10th, Turning Point USA headquarters — Macy Crofts — asks the UVU club president to pull together an event. And the club president has no idea what that event is, but she does know that he needs to be in the amphitheater. So that's what's communicated by Caleb to the school. She's being vague. She doesn't really know what's going on.

July 11th to the 13th is the Student Action Summit in Tampa, Florida. Tucker Carlson speaks on the 11th and donors freak out. Charlie tells him to go max. He calls out Jeffrey Epstein in particular because that's what Charlie is hitting. Every day on his podcast he is calling for the release of the Epstein files. He asks Megan to speak about it. He asks Tucker Carlson to speak about it. He says that Carlson says that people who serve in foreign armies should be stripped of their citizenship and he muses about where Bill Ackman's wealth comes from — "Who is this guy? Where's his money coming from?" Tucker will later say he doesn't know what came over him. He just felt this way. And Charlie said go after the Epstein stuff.

On July 11th, Frank Turek deletes his website, frankturek.com. The website has remnants of an expedition he took — I went on the Wayback Machine. He was looking for remnants of Noah's Ark. I don't know what that means, but I just found it interesting that he deletes his website.

And July 12th, according to the New York Times, President Trump calls Charlie, angry, and scolds him about his event the day before and that he had turned SAS into an Epstein grievance fest. So Charlie's pushing the Epstein stuff.

On July 14th, Charlie Kirk goes on a show and says he's going to stop covering the Epstein story and just trust his friends in the administration. He is under pressure to stop speaking about Jeffrey Epstein. Let's play that clip.

Charlie Kirk: Plenty was said this last weekend at our event about Epstein. Honestly, I'm done talking about Epstein for the time being. I'm going to trust my friends in the administration. I'm going to trust my friends in the government to do what needs to be done, solve it. Ball's in their hands. I've said plenty this last weekend. So if you guys want to see my commentary on it, that's fine. We have escalatory action potentially being taken in Ukraine and Russia. We have tons of announcements happening when it comes to NATO. But let me just say this again — everyone knows my opinion about the Epstein thing, the messaging fumble. I would love to see the DOJ move to unseal the grand jury testimony. I think that would be a big win. I would love to see that. And I'm going to trust my friends — Kash Patel, Dan Bonino, my friend Pam Bondi, all these guys. I'm going to trust Todd Blanch. I'm going to trust them to solve it. Ball's in their court. I think there was plenty of speeches directed towards this topic this last weekend. So we don't need to spend our valuable time on this program relitigating it.

Candace Owens: Charlie is saying, "I went max on Epstein at SAS and we learned later, thanks to Tucker and Megan Kelly, that that was his intention. He wanted that out there. He wanted to hit hard and he wanted to pressure." And he paid dearly for that. He said he's going to trust his friends to investigate.

Let's go back into the timeline. President Trump gives him the call. He says on his show he's going to stop covering the Epstein story. On the 14th, Erika travels aboard a private flight to Long Beach, California, and she speaks at James Catis' Calvary Chapel Church. That's the James Catis — you see him rolling with her to the court hearing. He's the one she does the show with. And he is radically pro-Israel. She gives a speech at his women's Summers of Psalm retreat and she says — bizarrely, I'm noting bizarrely — that she gives a speech that's pro-Israel about a call to arms, despite what Charlie's going through. Because you know the pressure that your husband is under. Donors are pulling out money, threatening him. The President of the United States has called him. And he's going max against the Epstein stuff. And she's just giving a speech that I would say is pro-Israel.

Then on July 18th, that's when the formal request came in from Turning Point USA to hold the event, because they had to complete their club annual administration. And then we have Egyptian planes that come into Omaha, Nebraska, and then head to Lincoln, Nebraska. And then Charlie vacations in Maine. And I'll tell you why this is interesting — because it's the first time Mikey McCoy and Elizabeth join him, and they capture what's going to be Elizabeth and Mikey capturing all this final footage of Charlie and Erika that we're then going to be shown immediately after. It's not old footage. It's final footage from this trip. She tries to hold his hand. The kids are walking. All of this beautiful footage. They must just have an eye for photography. This is the first time they've all vacationed together.

July 25th — Wyi comes in as the number one sponsor for a Charlie Kirk fall tour. Lane Shoamberger. He's going to be there when Charlie goes down. His daughter's going to be there as well. It's odd that he came in as a sponsor on July 25th because Wyi had already signed a contract in January which covered events through the end of the year. So he decides to re-up it. Offer Charlie more money. "Hey, let me sponsor a fall tour for you." On July 25th. What catalyzed this sudden addendum for a fall tour? If you already had signed a contract through the end of the year and said, "I'm going to do this event, this event, this event, this event," why suddenly come in with an addendum and say, "Hey, I'm going to give you more cash and I'd like to get behind a Charlie Kirk fall tour"? I don't know. I'm just asking questions.

On July 27th, our Egyptian plane leaves. It's the plane that's going to be on the day of Charlie's assassination. It departs Wilmington, Delaware, heads back to Cairo.

On August 3rd, Charlie and Erika land in Bedford, New York for the Hamptons Retreat. August 5th through 6th, the Hamptons retreat — which Charlie will describe as an intervention — and you can go and listen to his comments after this retreat on the Megan Kelly show. The influencers trip is sponsored by Bill Ackman, the very person that Tucker Carlson called out on stage. During that time, Bibi Netanyahu — who did not kill Charlie Kirk, I want to be very clear, he said it on Fox News so it must be true — decides to call Charlie. And he makes an offer. I was told directly by Andrew Kolvet to take Turning Point USA to the next level. In exchange for what? Nobody is interested. In exchange for what — Erika will claim, just to be fair to how Turning Point has rebutted this privately to me — that he called, but it was just a follow-up to a letter that Charlie had written him in May. She says there was no offer. She doesn't know why Andrew Kolvet said that. He was just calling to call. He's not busy. He just wanted to see how Charlie is.

What we do know is that he invites Charlie to Israel and Charlie declined to go to Israel. Charlie also declined to have Bibi Netanyahu on his show. So it's very clear which way the wind was blowing — if he's covering Epstein, hosting people like Dave Smith versus Josh Hammer, allowing him to just absolutely destroy Josh Hammer in a debate.

What happens next on August 19th is Kash Patel visits the Omaha, Nebraska field office. I wonder how often he does that. No, really, I wonder so much that we filed an FOIA to see who was on the plane and it came back and said that we have no right to have that information. We did file an FOIA request because I thought, "Oh, that's interesting — what's going on in Nebraska?" And I wanted to just know who was on the plane. We were declined that information via an FOIA request. The exact language that we got back was: "We cannot confirm or deny the existence of such records." And the records we were seeking was who was on the plane with Kash Patel. Wonderful.

August 24th is when Brian Harpole claims that security began planning for the event. UVU was not informed or included in that said planning.

On the military side of things, Operation Valhalla Strike begins between civilians and the military in Minnesota. It's an interesting name — Valhalla Strike. Coordination between civilians and the military. I wonder what they were doing. I'd like to know more about that.

Then, of course, as we just went over, on August 25th, the UVU major events meeting took place. A Microsoft Teams meeting. Turning Point sent people out to scout a location for their event. The school suggests they do not see Charlie in the amphitheater. Turning Point insists because of Macy Crofts. UVU police ask her for a TPUSA security contact. None is provided. They then had to go back to Caleb and request, which is what Jeff Long did on September 2nd — going, "I still don't have a contact." And then finally Dan Flood calls him the next day.

So that's what went down leading up to September 10th in Charlie's life.

Macy Crofts and Her Uncle's Case

You're probably interested in Macy Crofts. This is public information that she was the driver of the bus, so to speak, and she would be working with Andrew Cipher on this. He's the longtime head of the field. I call him one of Tyler Bowyer's guys, who was also present on that day. But you just start to wonder — if Charlie's texting people the night before saying that he thinks he's going to die and he's under a lot of pressure, why did no one shift this event inside? In fact, it's noted in those documents that they could have — if Brian Harpole got on the ground and said, "I don't like the way this feels," and Frank Turek says, "I don't like the way this feels," they still could have potentially accommodated them. They could have moved the event inside. They never communicated this to the police at UVU.

So you're like, who is Macy? In the background, I've been working on everybody, wanting to know information about these people because I'm just trying to put together common themes. And I want to be clear — this thread that I came across has nothing to do with Macy. You can't control what your family does. But when I learned that her father had passed suddenly and that her family was involved in law enforcement in Idaho, I did come across a very interesting case involving her uncle in June of 2025. I should plot this on the timeline. Macy Crofts' uncle was charged for action at a school. And I want to get these charges exactly right. Her uncle is Kip Crofts. A warrant was issued charging Kip Crofts — so that's her dad's brother — with sexual abuse of a minor. The girl was 14 years old. He was arrested without incident in June of 2025 by Nampa Police officers in Nampa, Idaho. Yes, that is where Erika Kirk just did an event. When he arrived at his job, that's when they apprehended him. He was accused of touching himself in a classroom while watching explicit adult content in 2024.

Then after he gets arrested in June, in November of 2025, Crofts' attorney argued for a dismissal, saying that while it was poor judgment for him to do that and to leave the door unlocked, he was trying to conceal his actions when the minor walked in. The judge in November denied that dismissal and said there was more than enough evidence to send things forward to a grand jury. The minor's testimony said that students regularly left their backpacks in his classroom and picked them up after extracurricular activities, which he knew. So she was going in to get her backpack and came upon this.

What then happened was the Canyon County prosecuting attorney Alana Minton told the judge that a new piece of information came to light that they had previously been unaware of. The new information was that the door to Crofts' classroom may have been locked at the time of the alleged incident. They couldn't establish intent. It would be difficult for them to prove his intent for a child to see him. So it's not disputing that he was doing what he was doing. They're disputing the child's version of events and his version of events and establishing intent. Anyway, he ends up getting this dropped. Let's listen to the news clips on this.

News reporter: After months of court hearings and with trial set to begin next week, the criminal case against former high school football coach Kip Crofts has been dismissed. I'm neighborhood reporter Leslie Solis and I was the only reporter in the courtroom as prosecutors informed the judge that newly discovered information prevents them from proceeding with a charge of sexual abuse of a child under 16. What had been headed towards a jury trial instead came to a halt inside a Canyon County courtroom on Tuesday.

Prosecutor: The state is unable to prove one of the elements of sexual abuse of a minor under 16 by even probable cause, let alone beyond a reasonable doubt.

Reporter: The case centered on allegations that Crofts exposed himself while watching explicit material in a Caldwell High School classroom with a 14-year-old student present. Prosecutors told the court that information uncovered during final trial preparation changed their ability to establish intent, a required part of the felony charge.

Defense attorney: Dismissal in this case is appropriate. It would serve the ends of justice.

Reporter: The judge noted the classroom was locked, not open — a distinction that directly affects how the intent would have been evaluated. The state explored whether the case could move forward under a lesser misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure, but told the court they were not permitted to modify the indictment.

Prosecutor: The state makes an oral motion today, moving to the court to dismiss this indictment.

Reporter: That motion was granted, bringing the case to a close before a jury could hear it. Outside the courtroom, the teen's father, who asked not to be identified to protect his daughter, said the outcome leaves his family feeling unheard.

Father: We're disappointed in how this was handled. The truth didn't get out. They failed my daughter. It's not about us. I feel like it's about the kids at the school.

Reporter: With the ruling, Crofts' no-contact order that applied to all minors was lifted. He was released from all pre-trial restrictions. I spoke with Crofts' attorney, who stated his client was never guilty of a crime, and the dismissal before trial proves that.

Candace Owens: I don't know. I've never dealt with a case in which tangentially there just seems to be so much human trafficking, allegations of child sex abuse, allegations that Erika was frequenting the office that Jeffrey Epstein and his cohorts were frequenting. I just could never, ever, ever have imagined this many common themes. Again, Macy is not involved in this case. This is her uncle. And it got dropped on a technicality. He's not denying he did the thing. It's about establishing intent. And I guess you heard it — you have to establish intent. He says it was locked. She says it wasn't locked. And well, these things happen in Idaho.

Closing Thoughts and Viewer Comments

What did Charlie Kirk find out about his organization in the days leading up to his death? That's the question that I find myself asking. I'm going to think while it's still legal.

After reading this report, your takeaway should be — and you should go read it in its entirety — we're going to talk more about the security next week because I need to do some researching on new names that have been introduced and I want to make sure that I can be 100% about what I'm going to say and that we are accurate in discussing what happened. There's some very interesting information about what took place with all the coordinating agencies.

But your main takeaway from today's episode should be the audacity of Turning Point USA over this last year. The audacity of Blake Neff, the audacity of Andrew Kolvet, but most of all, the audacity of Erika — the audacity of Erika to have a syndicate of pastors, a syndicate of filthy third-rate online trolls attacking us day in and day out for pointing out what seemed to be obvious when I said something's not right about how this event came together. And now we learn this was just pushed by headquarters. The list of TPUSA chapters that requested to have Charlie speak be damned. This has to happen. We don't even know what kind of event it's going to be, but we know we need the courtyard. The courtyard's got to happen.

The audacity of Erika Kirk. I am just so sickened by how much power and how much money is behind this. How much power and how much money. And the audacity of President Donald Trump, who Charlie did so much for, was so close to. The audacity of the neocons. It's becoming clearer and clearer why they are invested in this. Israel, Israel, Israel, Israel, Israel, Israel. But to be clear, Bibi Netanyahu says he had nothing to do with Charlie's death. You should take that at face value. And Erika is just a widow who needs your support, and the best way to support her is with your hard-earned dollars.

Could there be a rational answer for why Turning Point USA did not want to participate in what they were already signaling to the public? They're willing to speak to the press. They're willing to speak to CBS News, ABC News. Official spokespersons are coming out and saying the security did this, the security did that. But they were not willing to sit down with an independent review. They could have forced Dan Flood to do that because he was their employee. They didn't do that. Why?

Why is it that Dan Flood didn't want to accept the raise and bonus that Erika offered? If Caleb Chilikut was my kid, he would be participating in that review. I would force him to participate. I would say, "You will have nothing to do with obscuring anything that went on that day. Your name is already going to get dragged. You did nothing wrong." But I want to be clear — I think Caleb did nothing wrong at all. He was told what to do by headquarters and he did it. And I believe Macy was told what to do, likely by Andrew Cipher, who was promoted shortly thereafter to a chief position at the organization. And I believe he's always been, based on my experience, Tyler Bowyer's guy. And there were rumblings early on that money was missing, particularly from Turning Point Action, which Tyler Bowyer controls. I heard that from people at Turning Point USA. And I heard it from a person outside of Turning Point USA who knew Charlie, and said that Charlie was gearing up to fire Tyler Bowyer — the person who introduced him and Erika. Allegedly. Mikey McCoy expressed to people that Charlie wanted to fire Tyler Bowyer. Well, good news — Tyler Bowyer is not fired because Charlie is no longer here and Erika's in control. And him and Erika go back since before Erika knew Charlie. It's good to have those sorts of relationships. You just wonder what those relationships are really about.

And I think we have demonstrated that there's a lot of smoke here. In fact, I'd say this is a fire. And I do just want to express before we get into your comments how positively sickened I am that a man could dedicate so much of his life to platforming so many individuals and all of them turn their back on him. They're all betraying Charlie day in and day out. All of those influencers that you see that are lying about things, obscuring, helping participate in the gaslighting of what's happened here, jumping on and saying, "Oh, it's so crazy anybody would ever have a question about Erika Kirk." Reading through this document should also sicken you. Charlie was completely abandoned every day by those people. Every single day. They don't care. They care about power. They care about money. They care about their next step. They don't care about the truth. And guess what? They will all fail. Every last single one of them will fail.

I'm going to get to some of your comments. US Flagpole Guy writes: "John 14:6 — Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through me.' I command the truth and protection over Candace, her family, and those who will not fall prey to the demonic forces of evil, in Jesus's name." Amen. Beautiful. Amen.

Very scary. Mary writes: "A small EMP could knock out security cameras for two minutes." Yeah, the EMP thing is certainly interesting. And like I said, maybe we learn that it was just a crazy person who says that. But it's a very particular thing to say, especially when I told you that the security cameras did go out. They did go out for a couple of crucial minutes shortly before Charlie got hit.

Seven Sheets writes: "We share your sense of anger and injustice. Battle-bonded and pressed with the boy. Prayers and blessings. I also hope you feel a wave of vindication and the knowledge that Charlie always knew it was you — his David. We will always demand justice for him. Keep going, Max. God bless." That makes me very emotional. It makes me sad and it makes me emotional because there were so many people that he helped to uplift, in just the same way that he did me, and they all just don't care. It's all about money. And they do it while pretending to be Christians, which is the worst part. I said to my husband today that I — and I know I shouldn't say this, but I have to express it — I hate these people after reading through that report. I hate these people for the year of gaslighting and the attempted psychological torture that they put me through, knowing what I was telling was the truth the whole time when I just said, "This is not how events come together. Something's not right." They gaslit me for an entire year while I was grieving. And they weren't grieving. None of them were grieving. I think in the future they will be grieving.

He lied about all this other stuff, but we should totally trust his lawyer filing a lawsuit against me. They always let you know when something is coming that is devastating to the narrative because they start sending out the rats and the cockroaches. It's an obvious pattern by now. Random attacks, very aggressive. This week I also had a random story — completely untrue — that heavily implied, via the New York Post, that I accepted $1.5 million from Harvey Weinstein to interview him. What are you talking about? Not a single red cent did I accept from Harvey Weinstein. They ran the story anyway after not contacting me at all, despite having my PR's contact for years. Yeah. All of that was coming down for a reason.

Just the Love and Life writes: "Thank you, Candace, for never letting up on Charlie's investigation. Emergency live. Battle-bun activated. We need truth and justice for Charlie. I have serious concerns about Turning Point USA. Follow every lead. Christ is King. Thank you for forever going Max." Thank you.

SJ writes: "July 10th was the request for UVU. How close to the UVU terrorist drill was this? Didn't they just do that drill around then? Keep going, Max." That drill was on June 17th. I should have included June because June was also when Charlie got into it with Bibi at the White House. And then in that same period, June 18th and 19th is when Charlie went to the White House and won the debate against the Zionist lobbyists regarding going to war with Iran. And then on June 19th, Erika purged her Instagram. And then we had Operation Midnight Hammer, which Trump agreed to do to bomb Iran's nuclear sites. And then on June 26th is when suddenly Claire Ginan writes her first article for Jezebel. She's going to be the one that writes the article about the witch's curse. She had no writing profile before that. New writer. So that was a big month as well.

Rachel Meow writes: "Principal, I did not read ahead. I swear I just downloaded the report to read along. Promise. Love from Houston." You can read ahead. Read the entire document. Do what I do — mark it up, highlight it, take notes, research on the side. That's what I'll be spending this weekend doing. And we will speak more about that EMP threat that came in on the morning of. It's a very, very specific kind of threat. Like I said, perhaps that organization told the truth and it was nothing. But nothing is nothing to me. I have to explore every single lead and that seems very particular to me.

Hopefully this review helps Blake sort through and start to remember some things that happened that day. And if nothing else, it certainly helps us to determine the character of the people who Charlie surrounded himself with. But in the end, I am fully confident that he woke up to what was happening. He was terrified, but he marched on anyway. And he knew that this was going to be the ending for him. And there is something — it's tragic and it's beautiful at the same time — that Charlie still went ahead with the event. And things are going exactly as he thought. His death is leading to a wider awakening.
